In this role, you will have an impact…

• Directly interface with customer base to provide world-class technical support and product application assistance. Support can be conducted either remotely or on-site with the product.
• Provide tool operation and safety training to the company's customer base and sales support team.
• Coordinate equipment and conduct sales demonstrations to key clients in order to support growth opportunities.

You’re an ideal candidate for this role because you bring…

• Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred, Technical Degree and equivalent work experience considered
• 2-4 years’ experience in field engineering, field service, or technical support role.
• Possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to convey technical concepts in general terms.
• Proven track record in customer service and technical support experience
