The Toolmakers are responsible to assemble, fit and plumb these tools.There is some machining, Bridgeport, manual Lathe, and Surface Grinder. Expectations of the Toolmakers are to head up a build and take care of a team of 2-3 guys. The Toolmakers sample to run some Dies and the Toolmakers support the sample run as well after they complete QualificationsRequirements: -3+ years experience in heavy manufacturing with set-up and operation of conventional and CNC machines-Understanding of G-codes is essential-Knowledge and application of precision measuring instruments (calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators and scales)- Programming experience is an asset, must have a basic understanding - Must have experience machining hardened steel - Tool and Die LicenseSummaryInterested in hearing more?
