This position is responsible for the implementation, and administration of comprehensive total rewards strategies that align employee rewards with results to support business objectives. This includes ensuring successful delivery of broad based and executive compensation strategies and incentives, benefit wellness, and pension programs, and other reward programs that will enable the company to attract, reward, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities
• Conduct and participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data results.
• Organize all benchmark activities for compensation programs (salary ranges) and assist in all compensation packages to recommend new hires and promotion and ensure competitiveness.
• Assist with the annual salary review process and bonus payout calculation, including leasing target calculations.
• Conduct job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals, budgets, and reports.
Qualifications
• 5+ years previous relevant experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is an asset.
• Certified Benefits designation (CEBS) is an asset.
• Knowledge of Long term incentive programs (i.e., Performance Equity Units and Restricted Equity Units) is an asset
