Permanent position
Night & Day Shift available:
Continental - 6pm to 6am or 6am to 6pm / 2 days on 2 days off, with a 3-day weekend every other week,
4x10 Shift: Offering a night shift that's 4, 10 hour shifts a week.
Salary: $36 - $41 per hour (based on certification and experience)

Responsibilities
As a Tractor Technician in Fleet maintenance, a normal day would include:
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with tractors and other equipment.
- Conduct repairs and overhauls on tractors and related systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension components.
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, and tire rotations, to ensure tractors are operating efficiently and safely.
- Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, hoses, and cylinders.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including service reports, work orders, and equipment history.
Qualifications
What do you need for this position?
- A certified Journeyman Technician or 2‐3 years of experience
- Manitoba Safety certification is a strong asset
- Ability to obtain CVIP
- Demonstrated diagnosing and time‐management abilities will be key to your success in this position
