Responsibilities
-Communicate with operations, customer service, logistics and product coordinators to successfully manage the inbound and outbound shipments within the branch
-Maintain accurate receiving schedule by managing carrier appointment times, following up on delays with carriers and balancing the operational daily workload while maintaining cost control and meeting customer requirements
-Responsible for greeting the carriers upon arrival and the receiving function in the ERP system. Receiving includes but is not limited to all quality checks (COA, batch number, product and quantity verifications as examples), ensuring accurate landed costs relating to the
-Investigating discrepancies with the assistance of the product coordinator and logistics coordinator.
-Responsible to create, track and manage inter-branch transfers
-Confirm outbound orders from the branch accurately using the ERP system. -----Confirmation that the order has appropriate carrier, quantities and costing will be important
-Application of Lean principles to consolidated outbound freight
-Backup and Support Operations Administrations Clerk
-Responsible for Cycle Count Program and Inventory Managemen
Qualifications
- Be bilingual (French/English)
- Office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized
- Ability to multitask
- 1-year experience in an office environment
