RESPONSIBILITIES
This is what your daily life will look like:
Prepare monthly sales summary and detailed reports by trainer
Attendance tracking and reporting for trainers
Update trainer booking calendars
Track, prepare and submit commission requests for the internal prospect development program.
Prepare and update monthly lead register for each trainer.
Handling inquiries from trainers
Send material orders to trainers and customers
Coordinate training for trainers
Create and maintain a customer data file
Enroll participants in training group sessions
Prepare tests, training documents, diplomas and certificates for participants
Create and maintain a database of participant training records
Book the training rooms and the necessary audiovisual equipment
Invoicing of training
Ensure the conduct of online training sessions.
Preparation of marketing material: brochure, mailing list
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual (French and English) oral and written
Solid knowledge of MS Office
2-3 years in a similar position
Great attention to detail
Work independently and in a team
Problem solving, analytical mind
Prioritize, multitasking, sense of urgency
