Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient transportation routes and schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, and the company.
- Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and compliance of the fleet.
- Plan and manage the loading and unloading of goods.
- Address and resolve any issues or disruptions in the transportation process.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and prepare reports.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation coordination or logistics.
- Proficiency in transportation management software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly.
