    Your challenge!

    Reporting to the General Manager – Transport, Transport Manager L2's mission is to support the implementation of his or her business unit's operational strategy by managing the company's transportation and maintenance activities and targeting action priorities to improved service performance. You manage the financial, human and material resources required for the terminal proper operation and maintain a partnership with customers and teams from other terminals to develop an effective and efficient transportation service. Finally, you support the operational process improvement initiatives raised by your team in order to ensure the value-added service offered to customers as well as the safety of staff members.

    Support your business unit’s operational strategy
    Determine the priorities and actions to be taken based on operational and budgetary performance indicators
    Ensure that good practices are applied in your unit
    Ensure efficient and high-quality management of your unit's transport and maintenance activities 
    Set priorities for your unit’s activities and coordinate the activities
    Ensure that activities are carried out in collaboration with your team members
    Take part in preparing the maintenance budget
    Manage and oversee costs related to transport and maintenance management

    Experiences and strengths

    Strong ability to establish productive professional relationships

    Advanced knowledge of transport and dispatching operations

    Ability to make effective and appropriate decisions
