    Responsibilities
    - Ensure each day schedule and deliveries are completed across Canada
    - Must be proactive to changes to schedules due to holidays
    - Advise all transporters of changes to schedules daily
    - Plan and organize the transportation and pick ups for new stores, store renovation and closures and confirm on a regular basis with client senior management.
    - Ensure to stay well-informed with alerts from stores and also store capacity and rework schedules to ensure stores are always getting their merchandise
    - Plan and prepare all routes and for all carriers for each store and for dispatching
    - Plan for unscheduled daily transportations deliveries
    - Follow up on all deliveries to each store and HUBS (shuttle services)
    - Plan and follow up on e-com deliveries to stores (Martel express)
    - Ensure with carriers that all trailers and cabs are all in compliance with government requests
    - Plan for store pick-ups for returns
    - Plan and schedule transportation for store construction materials
    - Ensure that all empty skids outside Quebec are brought back
    - Coordinate the pick ups and deliveries for the external warehouse in Kirkland
    - Ensure that the blue bags are picked up every two weeks from all stores
    - Is responsible and accountable for all carriers used in the present network
    - Is responsible for managing the transportation shuttle services but operations dictate their schedules, and it can vary sporadically during daytime
    - Review all invoices and submit to senior management for approval and process
    - Ensure that all stores receive all their ASN of deliveries prior to receiving merchandise
    - Follow up on skids volume on a weekly basis for all stores and on capacity
    - Follow up on reports of delivery from Western Canada
    - Prepare quotes when requested for different projects
    - Prepare and meet with carriers at least every quarter to review their performance.
    - Identify dependencies and seek for solutions and support to successfully deliver to each store across Canada
    - Report major impacts in transportation, schedules deliveries to the upper management
    - Make the decisions required for the proper management of the transport-related projects (deliverables, resources, schedules, costs)

    Qualifications
    - Minimum of 1-3 years in the sector of transportation, logistics, supply chain,distribution or equivalent experience
    - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a project management role, either dedicated or integrated as part of an operational or optimization role
    - Experience in the retail industry, large-scale national distributor, or transportation/logistics service provider would be an asset
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent proficiency of the excel software application or project management software data entry software
    - Communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely communicate with all levels of the organization and across functions in French and English to achieve goals
