We are hosting a virtual job fair and we want to connect with all bilingual customer service superstars who are fluent in both English and French. We offer a variety of remote and hybrid roles in several industries, including finance, insurance, help desk/tech support, medical equipment, benefits administration, logistics, and customer experience. These roles start in April, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
Requirements:
3+ years of customer service or call center experience, or a combination of both
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate between different applications/tools
Post-secondary education is an asset
Must be bilingual in English and French
