We are currently recruiting for a Triage Analyst for a 6-month contract with a top 5 bank in downtown Edmonton. This role has a potential to extended!

Pay rate: $16.24/hr
Hours: 7AM to 8PM (7.5 hour day) Mon to Fri and 7AM to 3PM on SAT.

As a Triage Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
- Optimize credit opportunities by getting documents prepared for the underwriters
- Review mortgage applications
- Identify trends, forecasting
- Monitor daily work flow
- Meet service level agreements
- Work alongside mortgage specialists

Qualifications
Must have:
-1+ yrs exp. in a similar role
-Learning new systems and programs
-Word, Excel, Outlook – basic knowledge
-Data entry of 40 wpm (speed & accuracy)
-Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel)
-Professional telephone skills

Nice to have:
-Banking exp.
-Exp. reading legal, real estate, income documents
-Financial exp.
