We are currently recruiting for a Triage Analyst for a 3-month contract with a top 5 bank in downtown Edmonton. This role has a potential to extended!

Pay rate: $17.25/hr
Hours: Hours for role are 7AM to 8PM (7.5 hour day) Mon to Fri and 7AM to 3PM on SAT. (rotating shifts)

As a Triage Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
- Review documents for a mortgage application to determine if the package is fit for underwriting
- Provide a high level of customer service to business partners
- Go through checklists to make sure all documentation is there
- Identify trends, forecasting, monitoring and controlling daily workflow

Qualifications
Must have:
-1+ yrs exp. in a similar role
-Learning new systems and programs
-Word, Excel, Outlook – basic knowledge
-Data entry of 40 wpm (speed & accuracy)
-Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel)
-Professional telephone skills

Nice to have:
-Banking exp.
-Exp. reading legal, real estate, income documents
-Financial exp.
