This unloader position involves lifting light loads around 20 lbs. The loads are not heavy, but the task is repetitive. You will use an electric pallet truck on a daily basis. We will teach you on site how to use it.
Salary:
The first week of 37.5 hours the salary is $20/hour.
After that, the salary will increase to $21/hour
Day or evening schedule
- Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm
or
- Monday to Friday 3pm to 11:30pm
2 breaks of 15 minutes paid
30 minutes for lunch but not paid

Responsibilities
The unloader will have to, among other things
- Unload the trucks with boxes of products (between 2 to 12lbs)
- Use an electric pallet truck (training done on site)
- Receive and/or ship products
- Maintain shipping and receiving records
- Ensure incoming and outgoing products are in good condition
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization and safety of the warehouse
- Ensures seamless quality control of goods
Qualifications
Skills expected of an excellent truck unloading attendant:
- Warehouse or industrial experience
- Ability to walk with equipment and/or stand during shift
- Ability to repeat the same movement several times
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull
- Maintain a fast pace of work
- Attention to detail and good time management
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking French OR English.
