Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this TSA - IT Project Manager at this leader in pharmaceutical in Ville Saint-Laurent;
Reporting progress on divestiture action plan at Governance Meetings with the Transition Management Office during both interim and TSA periods (10%)
Prioritizing support to questions related to the Procurement list of TSA services as TSA Agreement negotiations progress (10%) Scheduling and leading calls with 'The Other Company' for their respective areas of expertise. (10%)
Lead execution of Procurement activities for their respective areas of expertise per the project schedule. (70%). This is where most of the work will stem from. Liaise with ITAM, HC and Strategic Sourcing Managers (SSM) to:
Confirm application owners
Locate contracts (owned by ITAM/HC).
Assess preliminary view on transfer decision
Confirming assumptions with 'The Other Company'
Depending of preliminary transfer view (carveout, self-contained application, applications used by 'Employer' , etc.), support determining/executing course of action
Provide contracts to 'Lawyers' for further assessment
Coordinate obtaining consent from suppliers, liaise with SSM.
Support addressing problematic suppliers (refusing consent)
Support confirming licenses and associated cost
Support T&Cs analyses.
Support identification/execution of contracts needing to be terminated or renegotiated (to support TSA or otherwise, to address de-scoping)
Qualify/quantify risk position
Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for this TSA - IT Project Manager at this leader in pharmaceutical in Ville Saint-Laurent;
• At least 5 years project management experience in Project Management
• Strong verbal, written skills (in both English and French) English only speakers are accepted
• Self starter - Capacity of taken quick Decisions without many indications
• Assertive, holding the team to planned dates
• Experience in Mergers & & Divestments
• Experience in Procurement
