Responsibilities
•Receive training on how to input insurance policies on our database system
•Input policies listed on an Excel spreadsheet into our database system
•Input cash receipts listed on an Excel spreadsheet into our database system
•Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile the transactions that have been input into our database
Qualifications
•One (1) year of experience working within an insurance or accounting environment
•Adaptable and flexible with the ability to prioritize work and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment
•Highly organized to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Proficient data entry skills and strong attention to details
•Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
•Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate through multiple systems
