We are currently recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives, to join the Customer Contact Center team of our client, a leading Insurance Company, in their Montreal office.

This is a great opportunity for customer service professionals to develop expertise in insurance/finance under the support of experienced managers and trainers.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Handling client and advisor inquiries, requests, and problems relating to Insurance products
• Answering inbound calls, chats, and/or emails for clients
• Effectively using multiple administrative systems to resolve inquiries
• Other duties as needed

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will get knowledge and be working with the following products: financial products as well as group savings, retirement, and insurance products.

• Very competitive salary - $19.31/hour
• Location accessible by public transit in Downtown Montreal
• A dynamic, tech-savvy and friendly work environment
• Flexible schedule between Monday and Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
• Start date : July 2020

Do you have the required skills for the Customer Service Agent position in Montreal?

• Have a high school diploma
• Have more than 6 months of experience in customer service
• Bilingual - French and English (both oral and written)
• Excellent communication skills
• Have over a year of call center experience - an asset
