Responsibilities
• Research, analysis and preparation of due diligence studies
• Management of the submission of development applications such as official plan amendments, site plan applications, minor variances, and consent applications, plans of subdivisions and zoning bylaw amendments.
• Coordinate, plan, schedule, and conduct the technical aspects of land development projects
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships and become a member of the business development team
• Organize public consultation meetings and lead community information meetings
Qualifications
• Relevant Urban Planning Degree or Diploma
• 4-7 years of experience in a planning role within a consulting firm
• OPPI Member and Registered RPP or eligible to apply before the end of the year.
• Relevant experience with design software.
