Our client located in Oakville is looking for a UX/UI Developer/Designer to join their incredible team. See the description below to find out if you would be a fit.

UI/UX Designer/Developer
Role Summary
• Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the Director Customer Satisfaction and
Director of IT
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Develop page navigation
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Experience as a UI/UX Designer/Developer
• A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript, CSS proficiency and understanding of design
principles (plugins, node packages, etc.)
• Expertise with CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools.
• Expertise with HTML5 and its best practices.
• Knowledge of wireframe
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Proficiency using Git version control
