Manage organization's Real Estate portfolio and provide leadership and strategic direction to the Real Estate Services & Facilities team. Create action plans to execute, develop and implement corporate policy and procedures to support strategies.

Responsibilities
Provide business continuity and emergency response planning.
Oversees corporate contracts with 3rd party suppliers for corporate services and facilities, including negotiating terms and conditions and ensuring compliance.
Leads new Real Estate construction developments, or enhancements, repairs and alteration initiatives.
Responsible for contract administration and management, ensuring delivery of results through development of a responsive organizational structure, resource plan, and project schedules.
Responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of corporate systems and operating budgets that support corporate services and facilities.
Manage 3rd party Property Management organizations, coordinate projects and prepare RFP's.
Work with General Contractors, and Municipality re: permits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Business Administration
8-10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Real Estate / Property Management in a leadership capacity
Experience in contract management, including negotiating and oversight of third-party suppliers
Knowledge of LEED and WELL building design principles
Valid Driver's License to drive to properties
