    Responsibilities
    As the Vice President, of Finance you will be responsible for (but not limited to) :

    * Budgeting/Forecasting
    * Financial Reporting
    * FP&A
    * Internal controls
    * SOX compliance
    * Inventory Accounting
    * Costing
    * Foreign exchange
    * Revenue Recognition

    Qualifications
    The following qualifications are required in order to be considered for this opportunity:

    * CPA designation
    * Public company experience
    * Prior experience with owner-operated or smaller private company an asset
    * IFRS reporting
    * SOX compliance experience
    * Advanced excel
    * Experience with Navision is an asset
    * Prior Manufacturing experience required
    * Leadership and the ability to mentor and develop teams for continued growth
    * Ability to influence the business, challenge priorities and steer for growth and expansion
