We are hiring a strong shipper/receiver to perform various roles in a local warehouse, here in Burlington.
Some of the tasks that you will be required to perform are:
- creating orders in an in-house computer system
- packing skids or crates for shipment and knowing how to pack for land, sea, or air
- building crates and skids for various sized products
- order picking the parts needed for the engineering team to assemble the parts
- tracking inventory on paper
- operating counterbalance on occasion

- 3+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving role
- Valid forklift license or previous in-house certification
- high attention to detail
- alpha/numeric skew experience
- handy with hand tools (hammer, nails, table saw, tape measure)
- excellent basic math skills focusing on fractions
- strong work ethic with a focus on attendance and teamwork
