We are looking for eager, reliable individuals to join this growing team! Experience with forklift is preferred, but not required. If you're willing to learn and put in the effort, this awesome company will provide you with all the training you need to start a new position that could turn into a long-term career with great benefits!
NOTE: In order to be considered you MUST be able to prove that you have completed high school education!
Advantages
YOUR ADVANTAGES
-Position could turn permanent after 3 months if you give it your all for every shift
-Straight night shift - continental - 8pm-8am (every second weekend you get a three day weekend)
-Excellent starting rate of $18.50 per hour, with raises awarded regularly based on performance

-All PPE and gear is provided to you other than safety boots
-Work close to home in Whitby ON

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
-Using material handling equipment to move shipments around the warehouse
-Manually loading and unloading boxes of material ranging in weight from 5lbs to 50lbs
-Operating a forklift once certified (if not certified already)
-Building and wrapping skids of product
-General warehouse duties
-Other general labour tasks as assigned
Qualifications
REQUIRMENTS FOR THE JOB
-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
-MUST be able to provide proof of high school diploma
-Must be safety conscious at all times
-Must be RELIABLE and punctual
-Must be willing to work as part of a team to achieve common objectives
-Experience with forklift an asset but not required
-Experience working in warehousing or manufacturing environments
-Must have grade 12 diploma
-Must be over the height of 5 foot 6 due to material handling equipment operation requirements
-WILLINGNESS TO LEARN if coming in with less related experience
