Join one of the global leaders in appliances.The Warehouse Administrator | Shipping will manage the receipt and storage of goods, cycle counts, and the scheduling and management of the dispatch of orders to the warehouse, as well as product transfers to other warehouses and returns.Role: Warehouse AdministratorShift times:8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)Monday to FridaySalary: $21-$22Location:Burnhamthorpe Road and Ridgeway, MississaugaRequirements & Qualifications:• Must have warehouse management experience• Experience using a warehouse computer system• Be able to lift 50 pounds• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Forklift licence and experience: clamp-counterbalance (preferred)Advantages• Competitive Salary!• Monday to Friday• Full-time hours• Weekly pay• 4% vacation is paid weekly• Randstad has a great referral bonus program!Responsibilities• Ensure customer delivery requirements and service agreements are adhered to• Identify and resolve daily service and scheduling issues• Prepare and send out reports relating to inventory and logistics• Manage all warehouse and logistics-related administration including the coding of invoices, reconciliation of costs and site services• Generate, schedule and coordinate warehouse picks and carrier scheduling including preparation and coordination of truck manifests and commercial documents• Facilitate the picking, scanning, and shipping of customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements• Prepare and manage freight claims for damaged or lost product• Ensure customer collection requirements are met and receipt timelines are adhered to coordinating transport companies to ensure timely collection of unitsQualifications• Previous experience in a returns role or logistics environment• Highly proficient in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint and other Office Suite programs.
