We are looking for someone capable of maintaining inventory accuracy, storage, putting stock away, keeping bins stocked and conducting cycle counts. In this role as an Inventory Coordinator, you will work cooperatively with all personnel to address inventory shortages and overages and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. This job can be a bit physically demanding as you will be on your feet moving around a lot for most of the day and could work in or outdoors depending on need. We are looking to hire someone right away who is innovative and eager to learn and grow in our facility. We offer a competitive starting wage, Full-Time hours, and fantastic benefits coverage!     Shift: Days- Monday to Friday with potential for approved overtime and some on-call work
    Time: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
    Wage: Starting at $48-52k a year

    Responsibilities
    -Carry out warehouse operations
    -Facilitate daily objectives
    -Attend operations meetings and keep everyone up to date on changes
    -Assist staff and colleagues with any work concerns
    -Submission and approval of absence and payroll (on-call, overtime, etc.) documentation.
    -Know product and product storage locations. among the variety of departments
    -Ensure quality control and inventory management
    -Manage the placement and unloading of large deliveries.

    Qualifications
    -Great Communication skills both verbally and written
    -5 years of warehouse experience preferred
    -Able to handle and coordinate stressful situations
    -Strong knowledge of all warehouse procedures
    -Can operate and train others on all warehouse machines/tools
    -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams.
    -Have your own means of transportation (this is NOT a transit accessible location)
    -Preferably live in the Langley, BC area
