Advantages
-40 hours per week
-Schedule of 7am - 4pm from Monday to Friday
-Full medical and dental benefits (after 3 months)
-2 to 3 weeks of vacation
-Salary 45,000-50,000
Responsibilities
- Plan the incoming and outgoing transport and make the necessary arrangements
- Ensure the accuracy of the inventory system (products, quantity, location, rotation, cyclical counts, system vs. floor)
- Generate relevant performance reports;
- Review manifests, bills of lading and airway bills to determine working procedures for the acceptance or release of goods
- Perform data entry for import/export freight shipments
- Inform the recipient or their representative of shipment arrival dates, customs clearance requirements and shipment weights
- Complete the billing
- Other tasks and support as needed.
Qualifications
-Experience in the storage, transport or import/export sectors
-Comfortable with computer systems
-Emphasis on customer service
-Able to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of 3PL Central and Neo an asset.
