    We are looking for a Warehouse Manager for our Distribution Center in Delta, BC.
    A driver of supply chain management, operationally responsible, solutions and overall management of the DC. The Warehouse Manager plays a key role in the supply chain, inventory management, material requirement and planning, and project programs.

    Position: Warehouse Manager
    Location: Delta, BC
    Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30am - 3:00pm
    Benefits: Start on day 1
    Vacation: 4 Weeks Vacation (Probated based on starting date)
    Salary: Depending on Experience
    Industry: Manufacturer

    Responsibilities
    - Managing the activity of the staff under your supervision to optimize the efficiency of shipping operations, the quality of products shipped, and customer satisfaction.
    - Tracking returns, credits/billings, losses, and defective items missing from shipments and cooler/freezer waste and filing reports on these.
    - Ensure all equipment and vehicles are in good condition and properly maintained
    - Investigate accidents/incidents involving vehicles, equipment and personnel; document and issue reports as required/requested
    -Participate in and promote the Company Health and Safety Program; to undertake training as required/requested; to ensure adherence to all Health and Safety guidelines; maintains related files


    Qualifications
    - Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse environment with supervisory experience
    - College Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
    - Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
    - Self-starting and decision-making aptitudes with respect to daily production and human resource management tasks.
    - Good communication and leadership skills.
