We would love to hear from you! This Pipe Shop worker position is responsible for preparing the pipes as per customer order requirements through a fabrication process which may involve cutting, threading, grooving, drilling or adding components to the pipes. This position is also responsible for bundling and loading pipe on trucks, ensuring the pipe shop and yard areas are kept clean, ensuring all documentation associated with the fabrication process is complete and assist in the warehouse as required/requested.

What you need to know ( Responsibilities):
- Shifts are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Review customer fabrication requirements retrieve correct
material using order pick ticket.
- Fabricating metals according to order specifications (cut, thread, groove, drill or install groove products such as a snap or mechanical tees)
- Ensure order is complete, report any shortages, discrepancies or problems to supervision, bundle and load onto trucks as required/requested, complete and file documentation
- Participate in warehouse physical inventory as required/requested
- Assist customers at warehouse sales counters as required/requested

Qualifications
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work to shifting priorities
- Physically fitness (walk, lift, climb)
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy with attention to detail
- Experience or openness to be trained and certified to operate mechanical lifting
devices (forklift, crane, boom crane, etc)
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with
experience in fabrication and operating mechanical lifting devices
