Positions Available: Team Lead
Job Type: Contract-to-Perm

Shift Timing:
Morning Shift l Wednesday to Sunday| Day /Night shift available

Job Location:
Argentia & Winston Churchill Ave, Mississauga

Responsibilities of an Operations Supervisor:
- Supervising 10-30 warehouse associates
- Ensuring warehouse associates are meeting daily and weekly production targets
- Executing production plans and targets
- Assessing productivity and job performance
- Providing appropriate training, coaching and development opportunities through hands-on involvement
- Organizes, plans and ensures work assignments are allocated and assigned appropriately
- Adherence to established work methods, and operations health and safety standards

- Full time hours; O.T. available
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
- Opportunity for growth and permanent hire within the company

- Gain experience working for a leader in Retail Distribution

- A minimum 1-3 years of team lead/supervisory experience
- Experience supervising 10-30 associates
- Ability to translate and implement overall departmental goals and objectives
- Ability to encourage teamwork and motivating others
- Listens attentively and communicates effectively
- A clear criminal background (will be administered by Randstad)
- Experience with high volume, fast paced, labour intensive, constantly changing production atmosphere - asset
