    Position: Warehouse Supervisor
    Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
    Salary: $70 000 - $90 000
    Location: Dorval
    Industry: Diesel mechanic services

Our client has been at the top of their game for more than 35 years and they are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a small team in their Dorval branch.     Responsibilities
    -Maintain inventory information in the warehouse and in the computer system
    -Understand and resolve inventory inaccuracies
    -Implement sustainable solutions to maintain a reliable inventory;
    -Place and receive orders
    -Verify that merchandise is consistent with the purchase and shipping order
    -Pack products to prevent breakage and fill in the delivery note on all packages with the corresponding weight
    -Prepare shipping paperwork and communicate with shipping companies
    -Preparation of customer orders
    -Responsible for managing the human resources of the warehouse with the collaboration of the branch manager and the human resources department
    -Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of objectives
    -Develop and implement tracking and analysis tools to increase warehouse operations performance in a tangible way
    -Manage the daily operations of the distribution center (receiving, picking, packing, returns)
    -Establish priorities, coordinate daily activities of employees
    -Communicate objectives by planning and facilitating team meetings
    -Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
    -Manage the physical location and inventory of merchandise in the warehouse and ensure that it is up to date
    -Manage exceptions and potential problems related to the processing and shipping of orders

    Qualifications
    We are looking for some who is:
    -Structured/organized
    -Able to manage a small team
    -Able to integrate into a small and established team
    -Make decisions in relation to their duties.
    -Maneuver 50 lbs
    -5 years experience in shipping/receiving
    -Forklift license an advantage
