Responsibilities
* Oversee inbound shipment receiving, handling, distribution,
* Storage of all products and boxed merchandise and supplies to maximize efficiency and effective space utilization
* Supervise warehouse team of full-time and seasonal associates, including training, and scheduling
* Delegation, motivation, performance evaluation and disciplinary action recommendations when support needed from the manager
* Ensure all orders are picked, documented and shipped to stores on time according to cross- Canada delivery schedules
*Communicate all delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight to appropriate parties
* Maintain strict control over inventory levels and initiate replenishment to meet internal and external product demand
* Conduct periodic spot checks of inventory levels and supplies
* Inventory and cycle control
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in warehouse (retail/appeal) consider as an asset
* Previous experience in some leadership (Team Lead / Supervisor)
* Strong ATTENTION to detail is necessary since you will be working with high quality and expensive products
* Shipping/Receiving, inventory control, order processing, returns and warehouse skills
* Excellent communication and team work skills. Demonstrate ability to take initiative and support
* Computer proficiency to use different software's and Microsoft programs
* Someone looking for a long term opportunity to grow within an organization
