Are you a detail oriented individual? Are you looking to work in a challenging pharmaceutical environment?

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Lead in Mississauga, Ontario.

Your day to day would involve:

Starting at 8 am and ending at 4pm

Directing flow of traffic in the warehouse
Scheduling and coaching
Jumping in to help with fulfillment when needed
Overseeing receiving and picking of medical supplies in an automated SAP environment and delegating where appropriate
Overseeing maintenance of machinery
Developing, tracking, and reporting KPIs
Adhering to and supporting corporate, regulatory, and individual responsibilities supporting quality management programs, procedures, work instructions and any relevant software
Maintaining health and safety standards and policies for yourself, reports, and environment.
Ensuring all orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner, whilst being shipped to meet the customer requirements.
Assist with auditing
Maintaining central inventory in a neat manner.
Developing self, and others!

Working conditions:
85% of the work is standing
75% is bending, reaching, climbing, pulling, pushing, and lifting objects up to 60lb
Clean, quiet environment
Good sensory attention required
Routine pace with normal pressure


What do we need from you?

High school diploma
Minimum 2 years related experience

Skills:
Independent worker
Able to operate warehouse machinery in a safe manner
Knowledge of warehouse receiving procedures is an asset
Familiarity with personal computers or inventory programs - definite asset!
Excellent communication skills
Self motivated
Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail, able to multitask and handle fluctuating workloads
Excellent organizational, problem solving, and continuous improvement skills
Proven ability to adhere to standards and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
