What you need to know about the Langley Warehouse Associate role:
This is a full-time temporary to permanent position, the ideal candidate will need to be available to start immediately
Multiple Order Picker positions available
Shifts: Monday-Friday
AM Shift Times: 6:00AM-2:30PM
Afternoon Shift Times: 2:15PM-10:45PM
Starting wage: $18.00-$19.00/HR
Location: Langley, BC
This location is not transit friendly, Vehicle is required
PPE is mandatory, Steel Toe Boots & Face Mask
You are legally permitted to work Fulltime in British Columbia

Responsibilities
As the Order Picker, you will have the opportunity to
Picking, packing, and ship a variety of building materials, including moldings and doors
Read and understand pick lists and paper work
Lift, push, and pull material bundles that weigh up to 50 lbs.
Ensure accurate tallies and order quantities
Operate various types of machinery as required, including an electric pallet jack and trailer
Clean and tidy the work area as required
Ensure all work is performed safely and timely
Product binning and put-away as needed
You will report directly to the Operations Supervisor in Langley and will be a key member of the Langley operations team
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will meet the following qualifications:
You can meet physical requirements of this role, lifting 50 pounds, bending, lifting, pushing. carrying and standing for 8 hours as scheduled
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, and are comfortable operating various types of machinery
Previous experience working with pallet jacks considered an asset
Have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Are great at communicating with others in both verbal and written format
Team player, adaptable, and energetic with a positive professional attitude
Steel Toed Shoes and a Face Mask will be mandatory on site
A reliable means of transportation is an asset
A reliable means of transportation is required for this role as transit is limited in the area
You are legally permitted to work Fulltime in British Columbia
