Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving:
Unload incoming shipments and verify the contents against manifests or purchase orders.
Prepare and stage outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are correctly packaged, labeled, and documented.
Assist with the loading of delivery trucks.
Inventory Management & Handling:
Manually move, stack, and organize materials and products within designated storage areas.
Pick and pull orders accurately and efficiently based on picking tickets or digital instructions.
Perform basic quality checks on products to identify damage or discrepancies.
Safety & Maintenance:
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift—if certified) in a safe and responsible manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, trash removal, and adhering to 5S principles.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic Skills: Basic math and literacy skills to count inventory and read work orders.
Safety Focus: Understanding of basic warehouse safety protocols.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Previous experience (1+ years) in a warehouse, production, or general labor role.
Experience operating a forklift, reach truck, or other powered industrial trucks (PIT) and a valid certification.
Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
