- Continental rotation 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM for two weeks, then 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM for two weeks overtime paid 4 hours automatically

Skilled Welder - $37.15 after (3 mths $44.19)

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Work effectively on a team as well as on an individual basis while maintaining tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Cleaning & washing production forms daily
- Form fabrication and welding repairs of production form
- Fabricate new forms
- Assist maintenance with mechanical repairs/ maintenance welder when required 80% production set up 20% welding fabrication
- Maintenance of equipment in a condition that follows proper procedures in accordance with our Health and Safety Policy/Procedure and the OHSA

Qualifications
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints with strong attention to detail
- Welding experience is an asset but not required
- Familiar with the use of MIG,
- Able to use a wide variety of hand tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills Form fabrication and welding repairs of production form
 Fabricate new forms
 Assist maintenance with mechanical repairs/ maintenance welder when required
 80% production set up 20% welding fabrication
