Are you a Welder with 3+ years experience that takes extreme pride in the aesthetic of your finished product while maintaining precision requirements? Are you looking for your next and last permanent opportunity?

Duties Include:

-Performing aesthetic welds while maintaining precision requirements
-Experience working with special alloy / exotic metals (hastelloy, nickel, magnesium)
-Shaping and forming sheet metal
-work from drawings, manufacturer's specifications, adhere to detailed work instructions and comprehend detailed drawing weldments
-Handle confidential information on a regular basis professionally and ethically
-Proactively participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities, taking responsibility to maintain an organized and effective working environment
-Work with hand and power tools (die grinder, cut-off wheel, blending, coldwork, shaping etc.)

Qualifications
-3-5 years experience GWAW Mig/Tig welding experience
-CWB certification an asset
-Thorough knowledge of all types of welding procedures, practices and weld symbols
-Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
-Experience with shaping and forming sheet metal
-Experience with metco powders and spray equipment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Willingness to work overtime when required
