Are you a welder with MIG (gmaw) experience looking for your dream job?
Do you enjoy working in an exciting and unique major design and fabrication industry?
Situated in the Greater Toronto Area of Brampton, this position has lots of opportunity for overtime on both evenings and weekends – perfect for all the snow gear you’ll be buying this Canadian winter season!

In addition to lots of overtime opportunities (approximately 10-15 hours of OT every week), the designated welder will:
- Have the opportunity to learn and/or perfect their TIG (gtaw) welding skills, while also perfect their MIG (gmaw) welding
- Work in an exciting and unique environment
- Be exposed to new machinery
- Work within a family-feel culture
- Add challenging and innovative projects to your skill set portfolio

What will the day-to-day duties of the designated welder look like?
- Weld, fabricate, and fit metals (primarily aluminum)
- MIG (gmaw) welding
- Help out with the maintenance of company equipment
- Assist to set-up and maintain company equipment
- Complete duties in a timely and professional manner
- Read and follow shop drawings and blueprints for part specifications
- Check quality of machined parts as per drawings and blueprints

What are we looking for? Generally speaking, the following listed below – but feel free to apply even if you don’t meet all of these, and we will help you find your dream job!

- Previous experience with MIG (gmaw) welding
- If you have TIG (gtaw) experience as well – great! If not, that’s OK too – you can still apply!
- General mechanical knowledge, and previous experience with hand and power tools
- We need a welder who is independent, a self-starter, and can work with minimal supervision
