Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain equipment,
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
-Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process
-Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including project status updates and material usage
-Train and mentor new team members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures
-Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met
-Overseeing and responsible for the entire installation from start to finish, while adhering to company
Standard Operating Procedures
Qualifications
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both customers and team members
-Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during installations
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials, climb ladders, and work in a variety of weather conditions
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
