Randstad Staffing, Canada's #1 Integrated Staffing firm is actively recruiting for a creative WINE MAKER to work with one of our clients located in New Ross, NS. This is a permanent position is estimated to begin right away. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

-Perform daily wine making/cellar tasks including inoculation, sheet and cartridge filtration, operation of cellar pumps, racking, fining, and sanitation.
-Quality assessment and lab analysis including fining trials, stability testing, free and total SO2, alcohol, TA, pH etc.
-Creating weekly cellar schedules, inventory management, and product ordering Working with the Production Manager to ensure production goals are met.
-Operating & maintaining cellar equipment and ensuring a safe working environment Development of New Products
Representing the winery at events as needed

Qualifications
-3 years of commercial wine making experience in a lead position
-Willing to work in all weather conditions
-Willing to work at heights
-Ability to lift and carry 25 kilograms on a regular basis Good computer literacy
-Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
