Are you looking for a foot in the door into a top 5 bank? Do you have strong problem solving skill and attention to detail? Have you previously worked with wire payments? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Wire Payment Processor for a 12 month contract in Burlington!

Pay rate: $20/hour
Shifts: Monday-Friday: 7:00am-6:00pm. Standard shift between the work hours listed. Shifts would be either 7am-3:30pm or 9:30am-6pm

As a Wire Payment Processor your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Fulfill routine and non routine transactions, internal or external customer inquiries and requests
- Audit and reconciliation of activities
- Escalate standard and non standard routine issues where applicable
- Work within a team environment
- Adhere to company policies
- Recommend process improvements

Qualifications
- Related experience or new graduate
- Strong problem solving and time management
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
- Customer service and telephone etiquette
- Previous financial industry experience or wire payments processing experience an asset
