Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for overseeing integration development, reporting to the Solution Architect.
- managing integration requirements for projects, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget for the HCM platform implementation.
- create high-level interface designs based on business requirements and build integration solutions that can be successfully deployed using various integration product technologies and services.
- lead and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to formulate effective designs, code, and unit tests for new and existing system integration solutions.
- perform unit and regression testing on integrations during releases and work with the team to resolve any identified issues.
- provide production support to integrations for assigned applications, including break/fix support.
Qualifications
a university degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Application Integration development, with specific experience in large scale HCM or HRIS implementations.
demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and implementing systems integration solutions.
strong knowledge of modern HCM solutions such as Workday or Oracle HCM and relevant integration development tools.
extensive experience in designing and developing Application Integration solutions, including connectors, middleware/bus/hub, communication protocols, and SOA/microservices architecture.
