Who can apply?

This plan has been developed exclusively for Randstad Canada. You are eligible to apply for coverage if you are:

  • a temporary worker with Randstad Canada,
  • under age 60 (age 69 for Extended Health Care and Dental Insurance),
  • a resident of Canada,
  • and have provincial health coverage (to apply for Extended Health Care coverage).

Please note all applications are subject to proof of good health. You and your spouse, if applying, must complete a questionnaire outlining your medical history, which will be assessed by Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada to determine if coverage may be issued. The first time you apply for coverage for your dependent child(ren), proof of good health will be required for your dependent child(ren). Any children born after your plan is in place, will be covered from birth without having to provide proof of good health at the time of application. Coverage is effective on the first of the month following approval. If you change your mind, you may send us a written request to cancel your policy within 30 days of receiving it.
