Responsibilities
. Responsibilities:
• Reviews and implements Service Centre policies and procedures that improve the Customer Experience
• Develop and implement a longer-term strategy and action plan to attract and retain customers • Coaches team members to provide excellent customer service
• Recruits, develops, motivates, recognizes, and holds accountable an automotive service team that will meet established objectives and targets for sales and profitability
• Monitors and improves the productivity of the team through strong leadership, motivation, team building, and effective scheduling
• Monitors the operating budget by tracking sales and expenses •
Keeps abreast of best practices and key factors impacting the automotive service department business and takes action to align with their initiatives accordingly
• Plans, organizes, delegates and follows up on work and projects while considering team skill • -Provides support regarding warranties, returns, and guarantees related to auto customer service •
Organizes and conducts regular staff meetings and actively participates in management meetings
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual oral and written
Similar and previous experience in the automotive industry
Customer service oriented
Great interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a big asset
Knowledge of the MS Office
Ability to work independently, manage multiple taPrevious experience in sales coordination, customer support or a similar role is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Mastery of IT tools such as the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet deadlines.
Sense of priorities, analytical skills, autonomy, teamwork
Knowledge of the security sector would be an advantage.
