Our public sector client, is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join their team for an initial one year contract as they complete the implementation of their new ServiceNow ITSM installation.
As a ServiceNow administrator, your duties will include:

- identifying needed improvements in the ServiceNow environment and making recommendations

Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow administrator, your duties will include:
- configuring the ServiceNow platform
- Loading, manipulating and maintaining data in ServiceNow
- participating in the deployment of features and ServiceNow releases
- identifying needed improvements in the ServiceNow environment and making recommendations
- participate in implementing ServiceNow requirements and providing architectural controls and analysis for new requirements.
-Identify pinch points and where leveraging ServiceNow could most benefit the client in the short, medium, and long term.
-Identify and prioritise ServiceNow development work to get the most from the platform
-Identify potential uses for the ServiceNow platform to increase the ROI
-Control and manage the release cycle across the instances.
-Work with process owners on continual service improvement etc.
- Work with partners to accelerate development and use of the platform where appropriate.
-Participate in Catalog Item, Request Item and Workflow Configuration Development of required specific reporting.
-Developing required documentation such as process flow diagrams
-Identifying areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons and risks
-Improve overall navigation of system that launch reports, lists of data, or dashboards
-Fix defects when they arise
-Monitor overall system performance using system performance and diagnostic tools and dashboards
-Answer "how to" technical and application configuration questions of other members of the technical team and process owners
-Assist in troubleshooting patch / release management issue

We are looking for a minimum of 3 years experience in ServiceNow Administration/configuration
-Certified ServiceNow System Administrator. (Other ServiceNow certifications and trainings a plus)
