voluntary service overseas (VSO)
Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) is the world’s leading development NGO that fights poverty through the knowledge and skills of volunteers. Randstad is VSO's global employability partner, supporting VSO's work to help marginalized people to access the labor market. This is achieved by giving our employees an opportunity to volunteer in VSO’s international projects that focus on employability. We also use our knowledge and expertise to help VSO become bigger and better at recruiting volunteers across the world.

Our world is changing fast. We don’t know what the jobs of the future will be, but what we do know is that foundational skills in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) will help prepare youth for any career path they choose to pursue. With support from the Randstad Foundation, the Actua Future Skills Program develops in-demand employability skills through on the job learning. By creating training programs, such as work-integrated learning experiences, the program enhances and expands the leadership and competency attainment of university student employees across the country.
