social responsibility making work meaningful

Our goal is to touch the work lives of 500 million people by 2030. We’re putting our heads and our hearts into making work meaningful and accessible for everyone in our communities.

our focus

We use our Human Forward approach to make a difference in our communities, focusing on three key areas:

early education

We’re committed to exciting youth with the opportunities, and preparing them to meet the challenges, of the future world of work. We do this by building digital skills and promoting STEM.

building skills

We are providing individuals with the tools they need to reach their full potential by supporting projects and organizations that build competencies required in the job market.

workforce inclusion

We are enhancing access to the Canadian job market for marginalized and immigrant populations by supporting channels of entry.

ride for myriam

Through the foundation, Randstad employees across Canada are given the opportunity, through financial generosity and volunteer commitment, to enhance and support various charitable organizations. Our aim is to ensure Randstad employees are able to see that their efforts are really making an impact, that it’s not just the donations we make, but the time and effort we spend that makes a real difference.
