The results of the pay equity exercise were posted on March 31st, 2016.

Under the Pay Equity Act, employees have 60 days following the posting of the pay equity exercise results to request additional information or submit comments to their employer. The employer subsequently has a maximum of 30 days to analyze the comments received and put up a new posting specifying the modifications that were made or indicating that no changes were necessary.

Such delay period has expired and this new posting informs you that no modifications were made based on the observations received.

Employees who believe that the Pay Equity Act is not being complied with may file a complaint with the Pay Equity Commission.
