Billing Coordinator

Main responsibilities
•Ensure timeliness, correctness and completeness of the invoicing process for Randstad; facilitating the business while balancing in between customer satisfaction and improving operating working capital.
•Maintain a solid understanding of the business, company structure, corporate values, policies and procedures. Initiate and implement process improvements in the contract2cash (instructions, templates, procedures, systems etc).
•The Coordinator Billing will be responsible for the weekly/monthly billing process, related reporting, documenting, streamlining processes and support of the overall responsibilities of the Manager.

Tasks & Responsibilities
•Generate client invoices and ensure that they are sent out according to client requirements, with accuracy and timeliness
•Ensure that all inquiries from clients, AR, accounting and field staff, are responded to and resolved effectively and efficiently.
•Document all existing procedures and processes
•Research and resolve billing operational issues presented by the client and field personnel
•Use technology to streamline manual processes
•Determine potential weaknesses in internal controls and make changes to correct them
•Conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities, as assigned or required by the department leadership

Qualifications
•University Degree in business, accounting or finance
•Minimum of 2 years experience in finance or relevant fields
•Accounting knowledge and JDE/Oracle experience preferred
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel such as V looks ups, pivot tables, etc
•Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
•Fluently bilingual
