Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounting duties utilizing QuickBooks, including entering bills, invoices, deposits, and payment processing
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions diligently
- Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations and actively assist in month-end closing procedures
- Prepare accurate journal entries, company bank deposits, and routine bill payments
- Generate, review, and verify income statements and balance sheets for financial accuracy
- Reconcile monthly company Visa statements and employee expense claims
Qualifications
• Proficient in full-cycle accounting principles and standard bookkeeping practices
• Exceptional proficiency with accounting software, specifically QuickBooks or equivalent ERP systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills with a sharp, uncompromising attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time-management capabilities with the ability to meet strict month-end deadlines
• Strong problem-solving abilities
