Responsibilities
- Facilitating working group sessions and conducting interviews to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Documenting requirements, mock-ups, use cases/user stories, and schedules for various stakeholders.
- Consulting with subject matter experts on the technical feasibility of system requirements.
- Proposing and documenting solutions for business process improvements.
- Drafting User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and assisting/participating in UAT.
- Attending system walkthroughs to validate requirements and document requests for functional changes.
- Providing input to the Technical Authority on issues and risk management recommendations.
Qualifications
Valid Secret-level security clearance.
Fluently bilingual (ENG/FRE, FRE/ENG).
Must hold or be eligible to apply for a controlled good clearance (CGP).
Strong experience working as a Business Analyst on IM/IT solution projects.
Must be able to provide 2 references within the last 5 years to validate knowledge and expertise.
Able to occassionally come on-site in Gatineau for meetings.
Experience working with a Canadian government department in complex IT environments.
