Responsibilities
- Analyze business systems to identify inefficiencies, document procedures, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead the elicitation, collection, and recording of business and functional requirements, translating them into use cases and specifications.
- Create workflow/process diagrams, data flow models, and functional specifications to guide system design and development.
- Lead feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and option analyses for new systems and strategic initiatives.
- Extract and modify ad-hoc and standardized reports from financial and operational data to generate meaningful management information.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios and data to ensure solutions align with stakeholder needs and functional requirements.
- Lead meetings and negotiate priorities between internal and external partners to ensure project alignment across all lifecycle phases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated business analysis experience within large, complex organizations.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and mastery of analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow mapping).
- Strong skills in trend analysis, data relationship mapping, and system feasibility studies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work independently and lead diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, from technical personnel to executive leadership.
